This unique tropical Mexican Caribbean eco design and construction is a dream home for those who want to relax in sublime tropical magnificence of the Caribbean Sea.

This property is filled sustainable eco-valued advantages from the water supply or fresh cenote, crystal clear mineral rich water, the construction for the columns to the bedrock and foundation was built with stone and cement sourced locally. The lights throughout the property are energy saving LED lights supported with solar and the sliding doors are insulated with double paned glass. The ‘palapa’ roofs are traditionally made with locally sourced Mexican grass that has been used by the Mayans and are great protection in the tropical sun or rain showers. The stone and tiles are locally sourced and add to the traditional authentic Mexican Caribbean style.

The villa distribution has the advantage of 3 separate areas giving enough space for privacy…yet together enough for spending time together.
The MISTRAL villa area is on the second floor, where the view is breathtaking. The living areas include an outside living room or covered terraces, allow you to enjoy dining with up to 16 people with view of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea.
You will love the wide open living spaces and artesan hand-picked décor. Two large bedrooms with air conditioning and private bathroom. One of the bedrooms face the ocean and the other, the tropical garden.
On the top floor, under the palapa roof, one experiences a Caribbean atmosphere with a king size bed and bathroom en-suite with double sinks. It also has a private terrace where you will enjoy the beautiful picture-frame view of the bay. Another sea view with 2 single beds and bathroom.
The rest of the space has been converted into a games room with pool table, chess and darts.
On the ground floor:
The BORA suite has an open plan living are with a modern kitchen and bar counter. A sofa and a large deck overlooks the pool and beach. The other suite with its own bathroom and faces the tropical garden.
The SIROCCO suite has an open plan living area with a modern kitchen. The bedroom room faces the Caribbean sea and the second bedroom room faces the tropical garden with a terrace on the side that faces the beach.
Each room on the ground floor has a private bathroom and air conditioning.

This property is located in Soliman Bay, one of the most beautiful bays of the Riviera Maya, situated along the second largest coral reef in the world. The Caribbean reef breaks just outside the bay and is great for diving and snorkeling.
Just 10 minutes south, Tulum is a lively seaside town with restaurants, shopping and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Playa del Carmen is about 25 minutes north, a bustling vacation town with lots of nightlife and several golf courses.
