On the ground floor there is a double garage and separate entrance to a 1 bedroom suite, including a kitchenette. This can be used as a separate mother-in-law suite, lock off rental suite or as an office etc.

The first floor consists of the open plan living and dining and kitchen area with views towards the ocean.
The house faces east so there is a good, steady tropical breeze that flows through it.

The second floor incorporates the master bedroom its own bathroom en-suite with a large bath tub.
The 3rd bedroom, on the same floor also has a bathroom en-suite.

The house comes fully furnished, granite and wood is used throughout and all rooms have air conditioning.
Fully equipped and furnished, with anti-cyclonic protection for the windows. There is a reverse osmosis system for purified water, which is located in the machine room that is in the garage. There are 2 deep wells and pumps for the pool filter, cistern and osmosis system. The garage gate is electric and with space for 3 cars and tool storage. Next to the garden, there is another larger storage room for garden tools etc.

The private pool in the back yard includes a pool side bar for enjoyment and relaxation.
The gated community benefits from security 24/7. It is a private complex with a tennis court and a lake.
