One can enjoy soaking up the sun while relaxing in the water, or if you prefer, relax in a chaise lounge on our pool deck. Just across from the pool deck is the comfortable and spacious outdoor living room.
The large beachfront area has plenty of lounge chairs, 3 kayaks and a beach palapa with hammocks to relax in the shade.
The house is outfitted with a water softener system. The property includes a steel reinforced poured concrete sea wall, the palapa suite is equipped with hurricane windows and all the other windows have Storm Catcher screens and hurricane panels. There is also a transformer which lowers the cost of electricity by 50%.
