This very private, beautifully decorated 2-story, penthouse condo is located within the Tao Residential Community which is near the Bahia Principe luxury resort property called S’ian Kaan.
This luxury condo is elegantly decorated with handmade furniture crafted from the finest local hardwoods, local art and authentic Mayan crafts and private gardens.
The open floor-plan living/dining area comfortably seats 6 and opens out onto a furnished terrace. Details include granite counter-tops, exquisite Tzalum Mexican hardwood trim and furnishings, and high end sunshades and blinds. The condo includes modern remote controlled AC; a large flat-screen TV and with Apple-TV and DVD player; Wi-Fi; an outdoor grill, a well-appointed kitchen with breakfast bar; and all new appliances including a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and washer-dryer.
Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom have en suite bathrooms.
The unique rooftop terrace is private and only accessible to the condo, it has fragrant and flowering tropical plants and provides ample outdoor living space. It includes a Jacuzzi, eating areas, open air kitchen and bar, and living areas – all with magnificent views of the pristine jungle and very private. Rooftop living offers occupants private sunning, stargazing, and leisure among the gardened terrace while enjoying Mexico’s gorgeous sunsets. This private rooftop is a magical place for an early morning cup of tea or an evening glass of wine.
The Akumal/Tulum area offers fascinating things to see and do. Akumal is home to the protected sea turtles, and you can swim with them at the local beaches. There is world class snorkeling, diving, and fly fishing; underground cenotes; Mayan ruins; a 1.3 million acre bio reserve; and of course the famous white sand beaches. This condo is professionally managed with 24-hour security and two gated entrances. You will be provided with a letter that grants you access to the resorts and to Tao Community. You will be greeted by a concierge, who will help you get settled in and who will be available if you need assistance throughout your entire stay.
The Tao Wellness Community in Akumal, on the magnificent Mayan Riviera, is a Mexican Jungle Paradise where you are sure to find “la buena vida” and the vacation memories of a lifetime.
Enjoy the peace and quiet of this wellness community while having access to two resorts: Bahia Principe S’ian Kaan & Bahia Principe Tulum as well as the Bahia Principe Robert Trent Golf Course. The wellness community offers free yoga classes every morning, multiple pools, a full spa, a Mayan sweat lodge, outdoor cafe and elixir bar, and a fitness area.
