This wonderful, unique seafront villa is located within a private gated beach front community yet conveniently located just half an hour from the International airport in Cancun. This three storey, large, light and airy residence is located along one of the most magnificent beaches in the Riviera Maya. This beach front villa is among just a handful of private oceanfront homes on one of the most pristine white sandy beaches in the Riviera Maya. This exclusive property is the perfect hidden getaway for families, friends, weddings or corporate retreats.

There are four bedrooms on the villa ground floor; all are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, private closets with a safe and full bathrooms with hair dryers. Three of them have an ocean view. Together, the bedrooms on the ground floor have a total of three king-size and three queen-size beds, as well as two fold-out sofas in the game room. This floor has a laundry room with a washer, a dryer, iron board, and consumables. A large terrace equipped with a sofa set and a ping pong table faces the ocean and provides shade. A ramp and pathways provide wheelchair access to the exteriors, including the beach and pool.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, all are air conditioned and have ceiling fans, private closets and safes. Each room has a full bathroom and a hair dryer. All of them except for one have an ocean view. The master bedroom has a reading room too. There are two king and two queen-size beds, as well as two fold-out sofas in the upper floor.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with garbage disposal, dish washer, semi-industrial stove with gas oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster etc. The living room has a forty-five inch flat screen TV and a stereo sound system. The dining room, living room and the kitchen have an ocean view with a nice sea breeze. There is a half bathroom next to the dining-living room. The dining room may seat up to 18 guests with two circular dining tables.

The villa offers three unique areas where you can enjoy a romantic dinner with an outstanding view of the Caribbean Sea: the upper floor terrace, around the pool deck or on the private sandy beach.

The LED-lighted swimming pool with built-in Jacuzzi is flanked by a thatched roof kitchen-bar and parasols. This outdoor bar has a bathroom, a fridge, a gas BBQ, sink and a counter with wooden stools. Seaside hammock area for pure relaxation.

Indoors, the family/game room has been equipped with a billiards table, forty-five inch flat screen TV with satellite TV, stereo sound system and a bar.

You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea from the wide, spacious covered terrace accessible from the dining room, it has a vertical awning that provides shade from the morning sun and a comfortable cozy sofa set to admire the sunrise and view of the pool and beach.

The large rooftop terrace features comfortable furniture that can be assembled into a comfortable bed and offers an intimate atmosphere to enjoy panoramas of the aquamarine Caribbean Sea and the magnificent Caribbean sunsets. At night you can witness the full splendor of the stars or the light of the moon reflected on the sea.

There is a detached apartment with 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom; all bedrooms have private closets, ceiling fans and are air-conditioned. This apartment has a living-dining room with a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, coffeemaker, sink and microwave oven. It includes one queen-size and four twin beds in total.

The fishing village at Puerto Morelos is just a 10 minute drive north, Cancun and its discos is only a 30 minute drive north or Playa del Carmen is 20 minutes south.
Each of these vibrant towns offers a variety of gourmet restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, and nightlife.

‘Secret Beach’ is a sanctuary where you can find a beautiful residential community where villa owners are committed to preserving the area as an exclusive and immaculate location. Nearby activities include deep sea fishing, cave diving, Mayan ruins, jungle and canopy tours and horseback riding.
